Journey continues heading into cooler hills after being in low warm areas with a great change in temperatures. Entering into serene woods of tall rhododendron- oaks and pines trees and exploring local villages of Gurung. Then onward to high hills reaching Annapurna Sanctuary surrounded by giant mountains of massive Annapurna Himalaya.

At Annapurna base camp in the comfort of nice cozy lodge facing views of a dramatic mountain range of all Annapurna peaks, then heading back to Pokhara taking a route on different trails visiting Jhinu village. Day 01: Arrival day in Kathmandu via various airlines and transfer to hotel.

Day 03: Drive or Fly to Pokhara 860 m (30 mins by air) with 6 hrs overland.
Day 04: Drive to trekking point and walk to Ghandruk village 1,940 m-05 hrs.
Day 05: Trek to Chomrong 1,951m - 06 hrs
Day 06:  Trek to Dovan 2,130m via Bamboo 2,050 m - 06 hrs.
Day 07:  Trek to Machhapuchare Base Camp 3,720 m -06 hrs.
Day 08:  Trek to Annapurna Base Camp 4,130 m - 04 hrs.
Day 09:  Trek to Bamboo 2,050m - 06 hrs.
Day 10:  Trek to Jhinu-Danda with hot spring 1,700m - 06 hrs.

Trek Itinerary Detail:

Day 01: Arrival day in Kathmandu via various airlines and transfer to hotel.

On reaching at Kathmandu international airport received by White Lotus staff / guide for short transfer in the heart of Kathmandu at Thamel area an interesting place. After checking into your hotel room, meet at the hotel lobby for group briefing regarding Annapurna Base Camp Trekking with other information to make your stay in Nepal enjoyable.

Evening includes welcome dinner in authentic Nepalese restaurants with culture programs of the country.

Day 02: In Kathmandu options for a sightseeing tour and trek preparation.

Free day in Kathmandu for leisure activities. Where you can join in our sightseeing tour around the city places of Interest as Kathmandu valley steeped with world heritage sites. Rest of the day preparation for Annapurna Base Camp Trekking

Day 03: Drive or Fly to Pokhara 860 m (30 mins by air) with 6 hrs overland.

Morning overland journey to Pokhara of about 5- 6 hrs drive to reach Nepal Mid- West. Where ride leads past interesting farm villages and towns with views of snow-capped mountains till you reach Pokhara. On arrival transfer to your hotel by the lakeside of Phewa. With time for a short walk around the lakeside with views of Annapurna peaks. Dinner either in respective hotels or outside restaurants near the lake side (Flight options 30 minutes to reach Pokhara by air from Kathmandu)

Day 04: Drive to Nayapul start walk to Ghandruk 1,940 m- 05 hrs.

Morning breakfast and then drive to reach the starting point of the trek beyond Pokhara valley. Where walk begins after a few hours of scenic drives as walk leads past villages of Bhirethati. Later then climb to reach at Ghandruk a large Gurung village for an overnight stop in local lodge.

Day 05: Trek to Chomrong 1,951m - 06 hrs

From Ghandruk catching morning views of Annapurna peaks, where walks leads to a short steep climb to Kimrong ridge. Meanwhile descend entering at Kimrong river valley, after crossing a bridge with uphill to a ridge reaching gradual winding way cleared with fine stone work to reach above Chomrong town and then a short descend to reach a nice and large village of Chomrong for overnight stop.

One of the largest Gurung villages around Annapurna region and as well the lasting human settlement on course to Annapurna Base Camp and Sanctuary where other area beyond are just temporary settlement for trekkers.

Day 06:  Trek to Dovan 2,130m via Bamboo 2,050 m - 06 hrs.

After nice overnight stop in Chomrong morning starts on downhill to cross a connect over Chomrong waterway with tough to Sinuwa situated on a high edge with couple of Tea-House and shops confronting amazing perspectives on emotional scenes of encompassing slopes and valley with snow topped pinnacles of Annapurna Himalaya range. From here walk leads into deep forested areas on winding ups and then descend into dense woodland with bamboo grooves to a place called also as Bamboo.

Bamboo a little settlement to provide food needs of the trekkers with numerous great hotels situated in a waterway gorge encompassed by backwoods of rhododendron-pines and bamboo.

From Bamboo walk on gradual path into dense woods with easy ups to reach at Dovan located within a gorge of Modi River with few lodges for travelers.

Day 07:  Trek to Machhapuchare Base Camp 3,720 m -06 hrs.

Adventure leads closer to our highlight as walk leads on winding ups into forest past Himalaya Hotel, situated beside huge overhanging cavern Hinko which is directly beneath Annapurna South and Huin-Chuli peaks. From Himalaya Hotel downhill near Modi River then with short climb to reach at Deurali for overnight stop, Deuarli onwards where tall tree lines stops for short alpine bushes, after Deuarli walk continues uphill following raging Modi river right up to Machhapuchare base camp for overnight stop, located at the bottom of majestic North Face of Machhapuchare Himal ‘Fish Tail’.

Day 08:  Trek to Annapurna Base Camp 4,130 m - 04 hrs.

After a refreshing overnight stop at MBC (Machhapuchare base camp) an easy and short morning stroll to achieve our primary feature at Annapurna base camp, from Machhapuchare where Annapurna Sanctuary starts right up to base camp, walk prompts short ups to achieve a dimension ground on a tremendous field or a level inside Sanctuary encased by cluster of pinnacle and before long walk prompts an appreciated sign-post of Annapurna Base Camp.

Reaching our final destination and highest spot at above 4,095 m high situated beneath towering Mt. Annapurna and range of other peaks of Vara-Shikar, Gangapurna with Annapurna South. Annapurna Base Camp, one and only base camp in whole Himalaya region with facility of nice and cozy lodge, where rooms face views of Annapurna peaks.

Day 09:  Trek to Bamboo 2,050m - 06 hrs.

Enjoying lovely moments with awesome scenery of peaks at Annapurna base camp, a long walk today on downhill with few short ups to reach at Bamboo place for medium-term stop, and again into tall tree lines and lavish vegetation, subsequent to being on ice zone atmosphere at Annapurna base camp and haven.

Day 10:  Trek to Jhinu Danda with hot spring 1,700 m - 06 hrs.

Return venture back to Chomrong with ups and downhill trail, from Chomrong slope top our route diverts to another fresh new trail to reach at nice hill village at Jhinu located on a ridge with grand scenery of rolling hills and mountains.Jhinu gives reviving common hot-spring to intrigued individuals which is an insignificant separation downhill of half hour to the hot spring with two pleasant warm pools near raging Modi-River.

Day 11:  Trek to Kyumi drive to Pokhara 860 m- 05 hrs.

Our last day of marvelous walks on Annapurna Base Camp trekking ends with downhill past homestead towns following Modi River downstream to achieve lower warm farm areas and rural village, where an exciting drive takes you back at beautiful Pokhara near to the shore of Phewa Lake for overnight in the comfort of nice hotels.

Day 12: Drive / Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Morning after breakfast drive back to Kathmandu on the same interesting highway past farm villages and town with last few hour climb to reach the valley rim that takes you into the city of Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. (Flight options 30 minutes to reach Kathmandu from Pokhara by air)

Day 13: International Departure homeward bound or respective countries.

As per your international flight time for homeward bound or to next respective destinations, depart from the hotel where White Lotus staff transfer you to Kathmandu International airport with final farewell after a great adventure and experience on Annapurna Base Camp Trekking.
