So treks can be made longer for several days. Langtang Valley, tamang heritage are hence rewarded for magnificent view. Given that the sacred alpine of Gosainkund is not to be missed . Even though there is equal amount of beauty in langtang, there are less tourist here. Even less than both the Annapurna and Everest region. However, it is equal in beauty and you’ll get to experience the “real” Nepal. The Langtang Valley trek follows the river upstream through forests. Such as forest of pine, bamboo and rhododendron. It then ascends through pastures to arrive at the alpine meadows of Kyanjin Gompa. Here you’ll get outstanding mountain views just a stone’s throw from the Tibetan border. The Gosainkund trek climbs more steeply through farmland and above the tree line up an alpine ridge. Here it offers a huge Himalayan panorama, to reach a rocky bowl studded with sacred high-altitude lakes. The trail passes through Tamang Heritage Trail. It is a newly opened trekking route in Langtang region. Thereupon it offers more on Tamang culture and heritage.

Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu. Overnight at Kathmandu
Our guide will pick you up from Tribubhuwan International Airport on arrival and take you to your hotel. Overnight in hotel.
Day 2 : Kathmanud Sightseeing/ Trekking Preparation Day
Kathmandu sightseeing in and around Kathmandu includes visits to Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, Boudanath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Overnight in hotel.
Day 3 : Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi (1450m) 6/7 hour Drive
Drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi by local bus/private jeep. Overnight in lodge in Syabru Besi.
Day 4 : Trek from Syabru Bensi to Lama Hotel (2480m) – 5-6 hours
The trail follow the banks of the Langtang Khola through a forest of orchids and rhododendrons. Overnight in lodge.
Day 5: Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3500m) – 5-6 hours
We move further east until the valley opens into the pastoral meadows of the village of Langtang. Since it was ravaged by earthquake of 2015, Langtang Village has bounced back with reconstruction of houses and lodges. Overnight in lodge.
Day 6 : Trek from Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa (3850m) – 3-4 hours
Today you will visit Kayanjin Gompa, the most sacred and oldest gompa in Langtang region. The gompa provides excellent views of Langtang ranges. Overnight in lodge.
Day 7 : Day 07: Trek to Kyanjin Ri or Tergo Ri viewpoint (4600m or 4984m), back to Kyanjin Gompa – 4-8 hours
Today we will visit one of the two viewpoints (depending on your level of fitness and your wishes) that will give you superb views of Langtang mountain range as well as Langtang glacier. In the evening we will return to Kyanjin Gompa. Overnight in lodge.
Day 8 : Trek from Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel - 6 hours
The trail passes the forests of rhododendron full of wildlife. This is a stretch known for viewing the elusive Red Panda. Overnight in lodge.
Day 9 : Trek from Lama Hotel to Thulo Syabru (2720m) - 5 - 6 hours.
The trail passes through forested areas, yak pastures and small stream. Overnight in lodge.
Day 10 : Trek from Thulo Syabru to Sing Gompa (3330m) - 5 hours.
On our way up to Sing Gompa we will have nice views over the Langtang Himal, Ganesh Himal and various Tibetan mountains. At Sing Gompa we are able to visit the monastery itself and a well-managed local cheese factory. Overnight in lodge.
Day 11: Trek from Sing Gompa to Laura Binayak (3800m) 5/7 hours
Today you will journey towards the sacred high altitude lake of Gosankunda. We follow a rugged trail with dramatic views of Himal Chuli (7893m), Manaslu (8156m,) and Ganesh Himal (7406m). On a clear day, even the Annapurna range can be seen rising up gently behind.
Day 12 : LauraBinayak to Gosainkunda (4440m) - 6 hours.
In the morning again fantastic view from Laurabinayak after breakfast hike up to Laurabinayak stupahen gradually up with dozen view of picturesque sacred lakes of Nagkunda, Gosainkunda lake and so on view of himalayan. Overnight in lodge.
Day 13:Trek from Gosainkund to Gopte (3530m) -7 hours.
Trek from Gosainkund further ahead crossing the Laurebina La (pass) at 4610m, the highest point of this trek. Amazing views of Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, and Langtang Lirung can be seen from the top. From there you descend down to Gopte. Overnight in lodge.
Day 14: Trek from Gopte to Tharepati to Melamchi Gaon (2650m) - 5 hours.
Today we trek from Gopte to Melamchi Gaon (2650m) via the Tharepati Pass (3490m.). Along the way you come across beautiful terraced farms and villages. Overnight in lodge.
Day 15: Trek from Melamchi Gaon to Tarkeghyang (2743m.) - 4 hours
The early part of the trek descends until we cross the stream named as Melamchi. From here, our trail goes to Tarkeghyang. It is a beautiful Sherpa village with one of the oldest and biggest monasteries. Overnight in lodge.
Day 16 : Trek from Tarkeghyang to Shermathang (2621m.) - 5 hours.
Trekking today is comparatively easier than the previous days as the trail goes through flat land with beautiful forests. At Shermathang we again will visit ancient monasteries. Overnight in lodge.
Day 17 : Trek from Shermathang to Melamchi Bazaar (846m.) - 5 hours.
The trail gradually descends all the way to Melamchi Bazaar through meadows and cultivated fields. On the way, we come across several villages where we can interact with the locals and get to see their way of life. Overnight in lodge.
Day 18 : Drive from Melamchi Bazaar to Kathmandu (1320m.)
